The FKN-S series is a small type flameproof fusible wire wound resistor designed to combine resistance and circuit protection functions in a single component. Its wire wound construction is intended for electronic circuits where a power resistor is also required to provide a defined fusing function under abnormal circuit conditions.
The FKN-S is specifically suitable for circuit board protection.
