Product Description
Heated Cement Resistor (JRX Series)
Product Introduction

The JRX series heated cement resistor is a high-performance device integrating resistance and heating functions. The product uses high-stability resistance wire wound and encapsulated in a high-temperature resistant insulating cement shell, possessing excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. Its robust structure and uniform heat dissipation enable long-term stable operation under high power loads and harsh environments. The JRX series can be used not only as current-limiting and voltage-dividing resistors but also as electric heating elements, widely meeting the diverse needs of industrial and household equipment.

Performance Characteristics
Excellent Heat Resistance and Stability

The JRX series utilizes a high-temperature sintering process and an inorganic insulation filling structure, resulting in excellent heat resistance and shock resistance. The resistor element can operate continuously in high-temperature environments without failure, ensuring long-term stable output.

High Insulation and Safety

The outer shell uses ceramic insulation material with an insulation resistance exceeding 10MΩ, effectively preventing leakage and short circuits. The internal design employs a high-temperature resistant iron cap and fiberglass skeleton, providing good mechanical strength and shock resistance.

Uniform Heating and Reliable Heat Dissipation

The resistor wire structure is rationally designed, resulting in uniform heat distribution and stable temperature rise, suitable for both continuous heating and intermittent operation.
