A precision metal strip shunt is a high-precision resistive element used for accurate current detection and sampling. The product uses a resistive strip made of manganese-copper alloy or special metal materials to generate a small and linear millivolt-level voltage signal when high current passes through it, thereby providing an accurately convertible sampled voltage to instruments, control modules, or monitoring systems. This series of shunts adopts a fixed structure, with accuracy classes reaching 0.5 class (2A–4000A) and 1 class (5000–6000A). It features good stability, low temperature drift, high mechanical strength, and excellent long-term reliability, and can be widely used in power supplies, battery management, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
