Product Overview

The Cylindrical Thick-Film Non-Inductive High-Voltage Resistor is a high-performance resistive component specifically designed for high-voltage, pulse, and surge circuits. This series of resistors utilizes a thick-film non-inductive structure, using high-purity alumina ceramic (Al₂O₃) (over 95%) as the substrate. The resistive film is made of a conductive paste composed of precious metals such as silver, ruthenium, and palladium, and is manufactured through high-temperature sintering at 850℃, ensuring excellent thermal conductivity and electrical stability.

The housing can be encapsulated with silicone or glass, allowing for long-term operation in air, high-pressure oil, or epoxy resin environments. Its leads employ a tin-plated nut or screw structure, ensuring not only secure and reliable wiring but also improved corrosion resistance and contact stability under high-voltage conditions, making it an ideal and reliable component in high-voltage equipment.
